We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window for all gear and hardware. If your equipment doesn't meet your training needs, simply initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account dashboard and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
